Real Estate Agent – Lynn Phillips
The world of Real Estate is very dynamic. A typical day varies from showing homes to potential buyers and/or listing appointments helping sellers evaluate their home and get it ready to put on the market. Then I work on my current transactions such as coordinating home inspections, meeting lawyers, financing, etc. At the end of the day comes the paperwork and keeping in touch with my valued clients. There is never a dull day.
Pros
The pros are the satisfaction of helping people on their journey of buying and/or selling a house. Meeting awesome people and building relationships. We work on our own schedules so it’s great not to be tied down to a desk.
Cons
The cons are long hours. I often find myself working on an offer very late at night. Finding time for marketing can also be a challenge. The market is very difficult right now where we are constantly in multiple offer situations which is really hard on my clients. It may take up to 8 offers on different properties before buyers successfully secure a property.
Real Estate Sales Agents
rent, buy, or sell property for clients. Perform duties such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts. Includes agents who represent buyer.
