On a daily basis, Nursing Assistants Administer medications or treatments, such as catheterizations, suppositories, irrigations, enemas, massages, or douches, as directed by a physician or nurse. They Answer patient call signals, signal lights, bells, or intercom systems to determine patients’ needs.
