How Can RIASEC Help You To
Find A Career You Love

The RIASEC or Holland Codes is a career personality framework that we use to help our readers find a career that is suitable for them. This framework is broken down into 6 different personality types: Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising and Conventional.

To simplify it we call these: The Builders, The Thinkers, The Artists, The Helpers, The Leaders and The Organizers.

Each of us usually has 2 to 3 of these personality types. For example, some of us may be a Builder and a Thinker, a Thinker and an Organizer, or an Artist and a Leader.

Find out which of these six personality types fits yours.
