In the state of Maryland, it takes 7 years (14,000hrs) of working hours to qualify for taking your Master Test. Yes, you read that correctly, seven years or 14,000 hours to be eligible to take the Master. This doesn’t mean you can’t earn a living or work full-time without this License, but if you want to open your own business and start reaping the rewards of entrepreneurship, you’ll have to bite the bullet and commit for a few years.
