  1. I worked as an aircraft mechanic contractor and the best pay was 23 /14 split plus per diem. Away from home, kids and grandkids. I was forced to work 50 plus hours a week and weekends. If not or complain and get walked out, can’t lease a place because you’re not sure if you will have a job tomorrow. Can’t be trapped to a Lease. No paid time off, the contract house was out of CA.
