Day in the life of
Sport Animator – Marianna
I have been working as a sport animator for two seasons in one of the famous resorts. My key responsibilities include conducting sports activities (yoga, Zumba, aqua Zumba,step-aerobics, aerobics, archery, shooting, all kinds of games, etc)
I wake up at 8 o’clock and have breakfast at 9. At 9.30 we have an everyday team morning meeting, after which our working day started. Each member of our team had his own responsibilities for the day, however, each of us had known how to conduct each activity. So, if something happened, we could replace the other animator. As a rule, the animator had 2 mornings and 1-2 evening activities. We were working till 12:30 p.m. and then we had a break for 2 hours. At 3 o’clock, after dinner, we have started our work again. In the evening I had Zumba classes and archery. Then we had a break for 3 hours and at 9 p.m. showtime started. During showtime, we were spending time with guests and dancing in the disco.
